Terry Holladay Higginbottom has spent the last 50 years living in San Diego, specifically the coastal communities of La Jolla, Del Mar and Leucadia.  She grew up on the tennis courts of the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, and soon found herself competing on centre court at Wimbledon.  During her professional 13 year tour she reached a world top 10 singles ranking.  Terry and her late husband, Dr. Philip Higginbottom of Scripps Green, founded The Dina Humanitarian Foundation.  This foundation supports remotes islands in Fiji by providing clothing, bedding, school supplies and other crucial necessities.  Dina also funds Scripps doctors to travel to these islands bi-annually to assist medically with those in need or in failing health.  As a top producing real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience she was honored to be with Willis Allen Real Estate, Rancho Santa Fe, for nearly fifteen years prior to joining the incredible team at Swell Property.

Terry is a fun-loving grandmother to her three grandchildren: Granddaughters, Romyn and River and grandson, Elliott.  She loves spending time with her family and spoiling her dogs Luna, Oreo and Wyatt.  Proceeds from her tennis philanthropy and real estate sales directly benefit her passion to those in need in Fiji.

 

Tasha Holladay Tracy was born in La Jolla and raised in Del Mar.  She attended Torrey Pines High School and went on to San Diego State University, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in psychology. Prior to teaming up with Swell Property, she had the privilege of being with Willis Allen Rancho Santa Fe for nearly 10 years. She has also worked at Brian Tracy International and Wills Communications, Inc.  While working with Wills Communications, Tasha specialized in hospitality public relations and oversaw such properties as: Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa, Hyatt Regency La Jolla, Japengo Restaurant, The Hilton Huntington Beach, as well as the unveiling of L'Auberge Del Mar following its $25 million renovation. As partner of Homes by the Holladays, Tasha is a certified EcoBroker, oversees all public relations, marketing materials and art direction for the numerous homes she and her mother represent.  She also sits on the board of The Dina Humanitarian Foundation.  Tasha has two daughters with her husband, Michael.  Their girls, Romyn and River keep them on their toes and always laughing.
